Volunteers are needed. Sign up today!
- The sign-up is organized by position, each position is needed across multiple dates. It is always appreciated if the same volunteers can do the same position multiple times.

- We need every family to sign-up, often in more than 1 place, to make this show a success! Parents of students not participating are encouraged to volunteer, if you know any parents of Kinder and 1st grade students please encourage them to help. It is great insight for when their kids are involved.
Important Dates & Showtimes
- Rehearsals: starting December 10
- Load-in: January 29
- Set Build: January 31
- Full Company Afterschool Rehearsal: February 4
- Performances: February 5-7 (see below)
- Strike: February 7 after the show

How You Can Help
We are looking for parent volunteers to help with various aspects of the play. Volunteers are needed for:
- Set construction
- Walking kids to and from rehearsals and performances
- Performance support
- Bake sale items and table support
- Props and set dressing
- Backstage support during performances
- Post-play set breakdown
Play Information
Students from grades 2–5 are invited to participate in this year's school play, directed by the talented team from Very Merry Theatre.
- Grade 4 & 5 Cast: Cast members must be available for all rehearsal and show dates from January 30th – February 7th.
- Grade 4 & 5 Crew (No audition necessary): Crew members are responsible for assembling props, creating the set pieces a select group of students will be asked to help backstage for the dress rehearsals and performances and must be available for all rehearsal and show dates from January 30th – February 7th.
- Grades 2-3 Chorus (No audition necessary): Chorus members will only need to attend one after-school dress rehearsal the week of February 1st as well as attending each performance.
